Role Overview
Tvasta is seeking high-energy Sales s Business Development professionals to drive market
expansion in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. The role will focus on account mapping, lead generation,
stakeholder engagement, and deal closure across government, PSU, and private infrastructure
segments.
This is a front-end, relationship-driven position that requires comfort with long sales cycles,
techno-commercial discussions, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Sales
- Identify, map, and develop new accounts across PSUs, government departments, EPC
contractors, developers, and large architectural firms. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → technical discussions → proposal
development → negotiation → deal closure. - Promote Tvasta’s 3D Concrete Printing solutions, printers, and turnkey project
capabilities. - Collaborate with technical, design, and proposal teams to develop customised
- solutions based on client requirements.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs,
Project Heads, Chief Engineers, and Architects. - Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and client engagements to strengthen
relationships and improve conversion rates. - Track active leads, manage pipeline value, and forecast deal closures.
Market Tender Intelligence
- Monitor upcoming tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and policy developments related to
infrastructure, housing, and public projects. - Coordinate with internal teams for pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid
submissions. - Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen Tvasta’s positioning.
- Reporting s Coordination
- Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly and monthly BD reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Support leadership in strategic account planning and business forecasting.
Experience (3–8 Years)
Relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development in one or more of the following:
- Infrastructure / EPC / Construction
- Precast, Ready Mix Concrete, or Building Materials
- Industrial equipment / Capital goods
- Construction technology or PropTech (preferred)
Skills Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience in solution selling and comfort with technical products
- Understanding of government / PSU procurement processes (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a defined region
Education
- BE / BTech (Civil preferred) or MBA (Sales/Marketing)
- A civil engineering background will be mandatory.
